Skills, youth transitions, employability, AI, demographic change and the changing labour market, within the Impact Hub network in Zürich.

Contribution

Programme lead for Future of Work: a learning and partnership model that puts young talent and organisations on real challenges together, plus the stakeholder coordination that keeps partners aligned. The programme website, futureofworkskills.ch, I built and still maintain.

Context

A registered Swiss association, founded in Zürich in 2023, for Afro-descendant women in Switzerland, built around connection, visibility, education and international networking.

Contribution

Platform building, event formats, partnerships and community trust. Programming has included the REMAIN panel on Kerry James Marshall at Kunsthaus Zürich during Zurich Art Weekend, a cultural evening at Schauspielhaus Zürich and a VIP programme at VOLTA Basel.

Contribution

Appointed to the Advisory Board in 2025. Moderated the art-market panel with VOLTA's Artistic Director, Artscapy, ArtTactic and Deloitte Global Art & Finance; facilitated the EMERGE + ENGAGE programme at VOLTA Basel.

Context

A bi-monthly curated dialogue series in salon style, bringing together voices from art, business and society, in collaboration with venue host HeadsQuarter.
