About
Tallulah Patricia Bär is a Zurich-based strategist working across future of work, cultural dialogue, and cross-sector collaboration. She brings experience spanning private banking, international policy, and ecosystem-building, with a focus on how organisations and communities navigate change in complex environments.
She currently leads Future of Work programmes at Impact Hub Zurich, where she develops initiatives around skills, talent, and partnerships between organisations and emerging professionals. In parallel, she serves as Executive Advisor to evulpo, supporting growth and strategic positioning, and contributes as an Advisory Board Member to VOLTA Art Fair, with a focus on access, market dynamics, and cultural positioning.
She is the founder of AfroSwissters, a platform connecting Afro-descendant and globally minded communities in Switzerland and beyond, and the creator and curator of The Artistic Conversations, a dialogue series that brings together voices from business, art, and society. Across these formats, she designs and facilitates spaces for exchange that move beyond formal roles and enable more open, reflective, and forward-looking conversations.
Her work is shaped by an academic background in international relations and development, including a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and complemented by academic and professional experience across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Tallulah Patricia Bär’s work focuses on building bridges between sectors, perspectives, and communities — with a particular interest in skills, identity, and the infrastructures needed to support meaningful collaboration in a changing world.
